Who We Are

Founded in 1992 working in the home office above a garage, Master Media Group (MMG) focused on copy writing and helping local area churches and non-profits find new revenue sources for their programs. Through the years, MMG evolved to include professional printing, graphic design and publishing. In 2002, Ben Weber was named President as his partner retired from the marketing world to focus on community service and politics. Since that time, Ben has taken MMG into new areas of marketing, such as - Search Engine Optimization, Mobile Billboards, TV, Radio, Social Media, Market Research and Conference Management.

In 2004, MMG branched out to the world of publishing with the creation of the Purcellville Gazette newspaper. The Gazette quickly expanded from a monthly to bi-monthly to a weekly paper covering the local news of western Loudoun County, VA. In 2005, the Herndon Compass newspaper was added. While only a short run paper, the Compass attracted national attention during a heightened campaign season in Northern Virginia.

This was followed by billboard layout and the purchase of a mobile billboard truck in 2009 which can be seen if you are driving around Frederick or Loudoun County.

MMG has not finished defining “Who We Are” yet, there is always more to come, more to learn, new places to expand so stay tuned…
